To track your package, use the unique waybill number or reservation number that you have received. Here are some important points to keep in mind while waiting for your delivery.

No carrying aid included

The majority of shipping services do not include carrying assistance. The driver will have the necessary aids to unload your goods at the truck or van to the lot boundary. Carrying assistance into stairs, elevators or to other places at your address is usually not included in the service.

Help the driver to find

Make sure there are clear signs and instructions if you are in a basement or similar. It makes it easier for the driver to find the right place for delivery.

Be contacted upon delivery

You have two options for being contacted when delivering to companies – Notification and Delivery Notice. Notification means that the carrier and recipient jointly book a time and day for delivery. Delivery notification means that the driver calls approximately 30 minutes before the delivery.

Delivery options

The sender who has booked the shipment decides which service is used. It can be a parcel box, delivery point or home delivery. Contact the sender if you are unsure which delivery method applies to your shipment.

Check for damage

Before signing for the goods, check the outer packaging. If you find damage, note the word "damage" when signing. If the contents are damaged, document with pictures and save the packaging for any claims.

If the content is damaged

Document with pictures and any film from the outer packaging to the contents. Save the packaging until the complaint case has been completed. If you discover damage to the contents, contact the company from which you ordered the goods. It is the freight orderer who must inform the freight company of what has happened.
