Good advice for your freight booking

Your package will be transported in a courier vehicle or by bike courier along with other shipments. It is your responsibility to pack the contents in a way that ensures it can withstand the journey from sender to recipient. Especially if the contents are fragile, it is crucial to protect them properly.
Sending couriers within Sweden is simple, with pickup and delivery occurring within 6 hours. Delivery can be made to a staffed business address or for home delivery. The courier vehicle always operates with fossil-free energy. Ensure your package is well-prepared with sturdy packaging and a shipping label.
When it's time for the driver to pick up the goods, the sender receives a phone call to prepare for meeting and handing over the shipment. This is done to facilitate the carrier and ensure that the delivery can commence as smoothly as possible.
As the driver approaches the delivery address, the recipient is contacted via phone for the handover of the goods. The recipient meets the driver, receives the delivery, and provides a signature to acknowledge the receipt of the shipment.
If you provide a P.O. box or postbox address as the delivery address, the carrier will not be able to deliver your shipment. It is essential to provide the correct delivery address from the beginning to avoid additional costs that may arise if the shipping company has to make changes.
To book a courier shipment, it needs to be within the city areas of Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. Inside delivery and assistance are not included, the sender and recipient are required to meet the courier for a smooth pickup and drop-off.
