After you've finished packing, enter the measurements, weight and zip code into our price calculator. You will then immediately receive the shipping cost and can easily proceed with completing your booking.
Collection is part of the service
The shipping company is on its way to the sender, sometimes the same day or the next, to collect your goods. Shiplink's system automatically selects the best carrier based on the final destination. You don't need to be an experienced shipping expert, we take care of everything. Make sure the business address is clearly marked, the doorbell works, and that the goods are easily accessible during collection.

Important tips for shipping shipments
It is of utmost importance that your shipment reaches the recipient in the best condition. A properly packed shipment can withstand the stresses it is exposed to during transport. Whether it's machines sorting or people handling the shipment, proper packaging is essential. Especially if the content is fragile, make sure it is well protected.
Sending domestically or within the EU is easy, but international shipments require careful preparation. If you plan to ship to countries such as Norway or the United States, make sure you are aware of the specific rules and regulations that apply to that country. Doing your homework in advance minimizes the risk of delays and unexpected costs.
For countries outside the European Union, a commercial invoice or proforma invoice is usually required for customs to approve the import or export of goods. Contact us for advice and guidance on customs invoices.
For international shipping to countries outside the EU, you must enter an EORI number on the commercial invoice or proforma invoice. The EORI number is your unique registration number and the application for it is made via the customs office. It is important to apply for the EORI number well in advance of planning to ship your goods.
Carriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Ensure that both sender and receiver use a physical delivery address at the company to avoid unnecessary extra costs and delays.
There are certain items that are not allowed to be shipped due to safety and health reasons. This includes dangerous chemicals, weapons products, precious metals and live animals, among others. For shipments of 4 kg it’s good to pack in a box in the same size as the goods to not take up unnecessary space. Pack tightly so the contents can’t move.
