Shiplink simplifies the process of sending packages and pallets by road freight, whether it's within or outside Sweden's borders. We provide fast and transparent pricing with no additional fees. Shiplink acts as your reliable shipping department for road freight bookings, providing you access to a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for bookings, delivery tracking, and expert advice when needed.
This is how simple it is

A quick and easy booking process
To ensure smooth delivery and avoid damage, good packaging is of the utmost importance. When your goods are carefully packed, you can conveniently enter the dimensions, weight and postal code in our price calculator. You will immediately receive an accurate estimate of the shipping cost and can then proceed to fill in the rest and complete your order.

Always included pickup, of course!
Our system selects the most suitable carrier to pick up your packages. To facilitate the process, it is crucial that the business address is clearly signposted and that the driver can easily find it. Increase efficiency by preparing your cargo, affixing the shipping label to the package and placing it within easy reach of the pickup driver.

Tracking always available
Whether you're sending within Sweden or to remote parts of the world, your shipment is always fully traceable. By using the booking number provided at the time of booking, you can easily navigate to our tracking page. There, you will instantly get information about the current location of your package and an estimated delivery date.
Pricing adapted to your freight volumes
You only pay for the level of functionality and customer service you need. Not for a heavy system you never fully use.

Important considerations when booking freight

Your parcel goes through a journey involving people, machines, cars, trucks, and sorting belts, alongside other items that might be big and heavy. It's up to you to pack your stuff so that it can safely make the trip from sender to receiver. If what's inside is delicate, taking extra care to protect it is super important.
Sending within Sweden is straightforward, but if you're planning to ship to countries outside the EU, you must be aware of the specific rules and regulations that apply to that country. We can certainly advise you on how to proceed and where to find relevant information.
If you're sending a package to a country outside the European Union, such as the USA or our neighboring country Norway, you need to prepare a commercial invoice or proforma invoice so that customs can approve your shipment.
To be able to send freight to countries outside the EU, you must provide an EORI number, which is your unique registration number in the commercial invoice. Companies involved in importing and exporting outside the EU apply for an EORI number through the customs authorities.
If you provide a P.O. Box or postbox address as the delivery address, the carrier won't be able to deliver your shipment. It is crucial to provide the correct delivery address from the beginning to avoid additional costs that may arise if the shipping company needs to make changes.
Certain types of items, such as hazardous materials, chemicals, and valuables, are not allowed to be shipped. To protect those handling your goods and prevent damage to other shipments, it's important to be aware of what can and cannot be sent. Double-check this carefully before sending your package to ensure it complies with applicable rules and regulations.
