If you are sending a parcel to a country that is not a member of the European Union, such as the United States or neighboring country Canada, you need to prepare a commercial invoice or proforma for customs to approve the shipment.
When shipping to countries outside of the European Union, you must provide an EORI number in the commercial invoice. This is your unique registration number for companies that import and export outside the EU. Apply for an EORI number here Swedish Customs
The carrier's driver will pick up the parcel, but only at a staffed business address. Signs, accessible entrance, and clear directions on site make it easier for the driver to locate and pick up the parcel.
Freight carriers cannot pick up or deliver to a P.O. box address. If a P.O. box address is provided, the shipper must manually change the address, which incurs extra costs for you.
