Register a complaint

How to register your complaint:
1. Enter your 6-digit booking number.
2. Select the type of complaint, damaged or lost goods.
3. Ensure that you thoroughly provide the information requested in the form that appears.

Please take your time and fill in the information as accurate and detailed as you can. It contributes to faster handling.
The complaint case can only be started when we have received all the necessary information needed.
If additions to the documentation is needed it means that the case takes longer.

Once we have received a complete documentation, the handling can take about 4-6 weeks.
Depending on the complexity of the complaint case. In some cases it goes faster or takes longer to complete.
